Abstract

The article analyzes the goals, tasks and procedure of technical inspection of
construction structures of buildings that were damaged and destroyed as a result of
hostilities. The methodology and methods of technical inspection of building structures
are defined. The main stages of the technical inspection of these building structures are
defined. The expediency of the technical survey of infrastructure objects destroyed or
damaged during the Russian aggression was implemented as a procedure for assessing
compensation from the aggressor country for damaged objects.
Based on the analysis and assessment of the technical condition of the damaged
and destroyed building structures, their expedient completeness of restoration or
destruction is determined.
