Abstract

The article considers the developed simulation-analytical model of functioning of organizational-technical system of support of emergency-recovery works on objects of critical infrastructure, which is presented in the form of semi-Markov process and is based on complex consideration of probabilistic indicators of occurrence of events and probability of system transition.

Critical infrastructure protection is aimed at timely detection, prevention and neutralization of security threats to critical infrastructure, as well as minimization and elimination of consequences in the event of their implementation.

Also, the article considers a number of problematic issues related to the occurrence of military emergencies that negatively affect critical infrastructure.
