Abstract

The article considers an improved partial method of assessing the priority of providing facilities, taking into account the importance of material resources.

Today, the existing methods are partial in nature and do not take into account new factors that take into account the priority of facilities and the importance of material resources, which in modern conditions significantly affect the performance of tasks to troops (forces).

One of the main tasks of the transportation system is the timeliness, completeness of transportation and minimization of costs associated with bringing the material flow from the primary source (manufacturer, supplier) to the final consumer (unit).

A group of experts organized the classes of material assets on a certain basis, ie applied the ranking of material assets. The ranking procedure is especially relevant in the development and creation of hierarchical models, and the best tool for ranking criteria and determining their weights was the method of expert assessments, and to determine the priority of security objects used the method of combat potential.
