REASONING OF TERMS OF USE OF AEROMONITORING TECHNOLOGIES IN NATURAL ECOSYSTEMS AND OPEN AREAS FIRE
Abstract
Direction of increasing the efficiency of the system operation for the prevention and elimination of the consequences of emergencies with the use of airborne monitoring was substantiates in the article. In this regard, an option for providing this aspect is a direction based on the use of image compression technologies. As a result of the research it was determined that, the availability of aero monitoring video information depends on time intervals. The access time to video information varies from a few seconds to several minutes or real time. The direction of increasing the accessibility of video information based on the improvement of image compression technologies with controlled loss of quality is substantiated.
The measures taken for the localization and liquidation of the fire and their influence on the ecosystem of the Irdynsky bog massif have been investigated and it has been established that it leads to a dislocation of the structure and conditions of the functioning of landscapes. Namely: partial physical degradation of soils (rampart, creation of reclamation bands, digging trenches and creating new man-made and excavation of existing reservoirs), flooding the territory (destroying individual sections of the dam), changing the hydrological schedule of the marsh (pumping large volumes of water using powerful pumps). However, it’s noted that, in despite of the direct interference with the functioning of the ecosystem, they are not irreversible and can be minimized due to the pliability of the ecosystem and the internal mechanisms of self-regulation.
