ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIES BY IMPLEMENTATIONS THE PROJECT OF DETERMINATION OF FLOOD ZONES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

Stable development of territories is to ensure the security of current and future generations of the population living in this area. As the number of emergencies increases, it becomes more difficult to do so every year.

Optimize the project plan to identify areas of possible flooding by flood waters to achieve stable development of territories.

The authors a method of setting the boundaries of zones of possible flooding floodwater was proposed, that clearly demarcates areas that priorities for sustainable development of territories and areas that require additional security measures from the action of natural emergencies. The paper plan optimized project management determines areas of possible flooding floodwater were proposed, which measures to improve the quality and timing of the modelling process areas of possible flooding were shown. The project resulted in the definition of areas of possible flooding floodwater is information (automated) system for collecting, processing, analysis, design and delivery of geospatial data area (zone) possible flooding.

The developed project was implemented with the help of computer modeling and studied on a real example of flooding of the territories of Magal village council of Chernivtsi region of Ukraine in 2008.

The result of the study is a proposed plan to optimize the project to identify areas of possible flooding by flood waters by improving the process of modeling areas of flooding. The proposed project to identify areas of possible flooding by flood waters will provide an opportunity to programmatically obtain the depths of flooding in areas where there is a risk of these natural emergencies. The obtained data will be used to create engineering and technical measures to protect areas from flooding, which will ensure the safety of current and future generations of the population living in this area.
