Abstract

The results of theoretical and experimental researches, data on the developments protected by patents of Ukraine which created preconditions for modernization of regular technical means of starting complexes allowing to realize at the minimum technological completions a hydro-pulse way of transformation of technological liquid into volume-surface flow that provides effective prevention, localization and elimination of the negative impact of rocket and space technology on the environment are presented. Analysis of the environmentally hazardous impact of rocket and space technology rocket and space technology products on the environment makes it possible to distinguish two main types of impact: physical and chemical. The physical impact of space objects is mainly expressed in mechanical impact, electromagnetic radiation, thermal and light radiation of launch vehicle engines, acoustic impact of operating launch vehicles, as well as in the form of explosions and fires. The chemical effect of rocket and space technology objects is due to the toxicity and chemical activity of rocket and space technology. The most significant chemical impact is caused by spills, evaporation and oxidation of high-boiling rocket and space technology arising during filling and unloading of components from the LV tanks, accidents at the launch complex, entailing rocket and space technology leakage.

technology leakage.
